I am endlessly grateful to Psychology of Vision for coming in to my life at a time of crisis. Now I see things differently, I make better choices, I am a more loving wife, mother and friend. And I enjoy teaching the principles in whatever way I can, in workshops, in coaching sessions, and with the programme I have co-created for teenagers in school. I live in Wiltshire with my husband Jeff.
