I have been in the ‘healing’ world one way or another all my adult life. First through the science of yoga followed by a series of therapies ranging from massage and aromatherapy to touch for health and hypnotherapy. I have qualified in many disciplines but none so dynamic and life changing as the Psychology of Vision. I have learned so much from Chuck and Lency Spezzano, my life is sweeter because of them and the way they have shown me how to see things differently and that forgiveness and gratitude are the secrets of success in all things.
Amongst the things I love in my life are:
My family, my friends, my MacBook, Wagamamas, Orange Wednesdays, Jo Malone, A Course in Miracles, being a trainer with POV, Hamburg, travelling the world, Hawaiian sunsets (Wiltshire sunsets are pretty cool too), bluebell woods, the alkaline diet and an endless supply of Green & Blacks 85%, oh and pu’er tea (that’s Chinese!).
