Steps to Leadership is a 30 module training programme with two basic aims, firstly to teach people to teach and secondly to lead people through a powerful transformational process that will give them tools to transcend life situations. Schools Programme

Empowering Students through Emotional Intelligence is a modular programme for emotional literacy at Key Stages 3 and 4, which enhances learning by encouraging the personal and emotional well-being of students.

How? The basic principle of Emotional Intelligence is that we all, each and every one of us, behave because of how we feel. As every teacher knows, students who feel good about themselves are motivated to learn and find life generally enjoyable. Students who feel bad about themselves, or about what is happening around them, struggle to learn and find life difficult.

Research has shown that Emotional Intelligence accounts for up to 80% of success in life - success defined by indicators such as income, social status, marital harmony, job satisfaction, and raising successful children. Our young students need their emotional intelligence just as much as their IQ and qualifications as they prepare for life beyond the classroom.
