1. Psychology of Vision UK promotes trainings, workshops,
products and coaching sessions for people and businesses interested
in the Psychology of Vision model and its application. We are
a not-for-profit private company. All employees are paid a
flat rate salary and any surplus profit is re-invested in the
company for new products, supporting international interests,
opening new areas, and office and administration costs which
grow as the work gets more widely known. 2. We apply the principles
of Psychology of Vision (which can be viewed on the international
website), including honesty, integrity and accountability in
our work. We aim to be fully transparent in all our dealings
and intentions.
3. We don't pressure people to come on workshops. While the
work is often difficult to explain in a short sentence, we
would never knowingly misrepresent ourselves or the work.
4. We appreciate that Psychology of Vision is a challenging
path and it takes a certain maturity to work at this level.
We recognize that some people may feel this is a path they
do not choose to follow.
5. If people don't turn up to a workshop for good reason,
generally we refund their money less a percentage for administration
etc. Of course there could be resistance involved, and we can
talk about the issues which are raised, but we will not penalize
anyone financially for not attending a workshop.
6. If someone attends the entire workshop, finishes the training,
and still feels they didn't get value for money, we will refund
their tuition.
7. We understand that some people do one workshop and never
come back, and others go on to attend a series, and we do whatever
is in our power to support them in their ongoing process.
8. We provide post-workshop support, to the best of our ability.
9. We try to give 10% of places at a concessionary rate, usually
50% of the door price. It is not our policy to have people
attending workshops who have not contributed in some way.
10. We also offer Earlybird discounts on many of our workshops.
11. Staff for the event are selected by the promoter, and
it is the choice of the promoter what arrangements they wish
to make with staff. We hope that staff will be attending primarily
for their own healing, and that they are committed to the Psychology
of Vision as a healing path.
12. We do not heal people, we investigate and teach tools
and methods which people can use to heal themselves. These
principles have evolved from our experience over the last 15
years. We encourage our regional promoters and Trainers to
incorporate them into their operation. We are not affliated
with any other organisation and we are coaches, not counsellors
or therapists.
