Who we
are
VisionAfrica is taking the principles
of Psychology of Vision into Africa, through the teams
outlined below.
Psychology
of Vision focuses on three major elements - Relationships,
Leadership and non-denominational Spirituality.
It has been effectively
used around the world to promote healing and visionary
leadership development in many different cultures. It assists
people to overcome obstacles and develop personal accountability.
It fosters understanding, conflict resolution and bridge
building between cultures and provides a roadmap and tools
to facilitate deep change. The model ultimately empowers
individuals to generate a positive vision of the future
that starts with themselves and includes their families,
communities and all people.
The People
Cossie
Findlay
Encouraged by her search for a better way has helped
facilitate the pioneering work in bringing Psychology of
Vision to Zambia. For her efforts she has been affectionately
called, "the Mother of Africa." Cossie has worked unselfishly
with love, compassion and understanding on this wonderful
journey for a better today.
The
Zambia team is supported by the VisionAfrica UK team,
